Terms and Conditions

By booking or joining any Discovi Travel tour (“Tour”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you book for others, you confirm you have their permission and accept these Terms for them.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once your deposit is received and written confirmation is issued.

  • You must be 18+ years old to book.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Full payment is due 60 days before departure (or immediately if booking within 60 days).

  • Prices may change due to taxes, fuel, or exchange rates. If an increase exceeds 7%, you may cancel or accept.

2. Cancellations by You

  • Cancellations more than 60 days before the Tour start: Full refund issued.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the Tour start: No refund.
  • After the Tour begins: No refunds for missed or unused services.

3. Cancellations by Discovi

If Discovi cancels your Tour (excluding Force Majeure), you may:

  • Join a replacement Tour, or

  • Receive a refund for unused services.

Discovi is not responsible for personal costs such as flights, visas, or lost income.

4. Age Policy

  • Minimum age: 18

  • Minors only allowed in rare, approved exceptions.

  • Adults are fully responsible for any minor they bring.

5. Medical Responsibility

  • You must disclose all relevant medical conditions.

  • You confirm you are fit to travel.

  • Discovi does not provide medical advice.

  • Some destinations may have limited medical facilities.

  • Pregnancy must be disclosed and may result in refusal of participation.

6. Special Requests

Dietary needs, accessibility requests, and preferences must be submitted in advance but are not guaranteed.

7. Travel Documents

You are responsible for:

  • Passport (valid at least 6 months after your return)

  • Visas

  • Vaccinations

  • Insurance

Discovi is not responsible for denied entry due to missing documents.

8. Itinerary Changes & Flexibility

Routes, schedules, hotels, and activities may change due to safety, weather, or operational needs. No refunds are issued for these changes.

9. Optional Extras

Any activities not included in the Tour price are taken at your own risk. Discovi is not liable for Optional Extras.

10. Acceptance of Risk

Travel involves risk. By joining, you accept all risks related to:

  • Adventure activities

  • Transport

  • Weather

  • Foreign environments

  • Medical limitations

Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the Tour with no refund.

11. Liability Limit

Discovi Travel’s maximum total liability is strictly limited to US$500 per participant, including for:

  • Injury

  • Illness

 

Discovi is not responsible for:

  • Actions of airlines, hotels, drivers, or local operators

  • Acts of God, government actions, strikes, war, terrorism, pandemics, or weather conditions

  • Lost profits, missed flights, or loss of enjoyment

12. Media Use

Photos or videos taken during Tours may be used by Discovi for marketing without compensation.

​

13. Privacy

Your personal data is only used for Tour operations and follows Discovi’s Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

​

15. Updates

Discovi may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means acceptance of updates.
